Help & contact
Email contact@chaptify.net and a person will answer. Below are the things you can do yourself, faster than we can do them for you.

Reach a person
contact@chaptify.net goes to a human. If you are reporting a bug, the three things that make it fixable are your iOS version, the Chaptify version from the App Store page, and what you did just before it went wrong.
Things you can do yourself
Cancel or change Premium
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple account rather than in Chaptify: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Chaptify. Refunds are Apple’s to give, and you request them at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Premium until the period you have paid for runs out.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and its reading data from inside the app, without asking us. It is in your profile settings. If you cannot get into the app to do it, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Get your data
Email us from the address on your account and ask for a copy. See the privacy policy for what that includes and how long we take.
Questions about the app itself, like what Premium includes or whether missing a day breaks your streak, are answered in the FAQ on the homepage.

All of this can be checked against the App Store listing.
